The Batman Movie Trailer Recreated In LEGO Is Super Accurate

One creative fan has recreated the first trailer for The Batman in LEGO format. Giving trailers and movie scenes the LEGO treatment has become a popular trend for video creators. Last year, Brick Force Studios turned the acclaimed Avengers: Endgame climax into LEGO. The construction toys remain a fixture in popular culture.

Batman is certainly no stranger to LEGO. In 2017, Warner Bros. released The LEGO Batman Movie. In the film, all of the characters were realized in the colorful format for an upbeat adventure. The movie was a hit with critics and audiences. Batman in LEGO form has also appeared in a number of direct-to-video features and different video games. Given Batman's expansive history, it's not surprising he has made the jump to LEGO as well. During DC FanDome, the first trailer for The Batman debuted. By now, fans have probably watched the trailer dozens of times. Despite that, fans are probably going to want to watch it again, but this time in LEGO.

Popular YouTuber Brix Boy has given The Batman trailer a LEGO makeover. Brix Boy has been making LEGO-themed videos for some time now, including a trailer for Joker. Check out his LEGO recreation of The Batman trailer below.

It's an impressive recreation. From Batman beating down a thug to the Caped Crusader rising through a building with his grappling hook, the original trailer has been given the LEGO treatment. Perhaps the most remarkable thing about the video is it was uploaded just five days after the original was released. According to Brix Boy, it took "about 1,300" frames to complete the video. Anyone watching will certainly appreciate the amount of work that went into making the video in such a short amount of time. As the months go on, the hype for The Batman will continue to rise. Out of all the trailers that premiered at DC FanDome, The Batman generated the most buzz. Robert Pattinson's take on the character is already being met with praise. As for new LEGO movies, theatrical releases were acquired by Universal earlier this year.

What Universal does with the LEGO IP remains to be seen. Since Universal has the theatrical license, that means franchises owned by Warner Bros. won't be featured. Interestingly, The LEGO Batman Movie director Chris McKay stated in 2018 he was working on a sequel. With Universal's deal, it remains unknown if the film will be made. Fans shouldn't get their hopes up. Still, thanks to fans' creativity, LEGO Batman will continue to live on in videos such as The Batman trailer recreation.
