HBO Max has dropped the first-look teaser for the highly-anticipated Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts special, which will see the first-ever reunion of the original cast including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint. The reunion special will be available for streaming on New Year’s Day, January 1, when the clock strikes midnight.
The Harry Potter reunion teaser, which you can check out below, featuring the appearances of Robbie Coltrane, Matthew Lewis, and Mark Williams, who portrayed the respective roles of Hagrid, Neville Longbottom, and Arthur Weasley in the films, as they all received their invitation letters for the magical event. It also gave us a glimpse of Emma Watson’s return to the iconic Platform 9 3/4.
The retrospective special Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will tell an enchanting making-of story through all-new in-depth interviews and cast conversations, inviting fans on a magical first-person journey through one of the most beloved film franchises of all time.
