​Arsenal manager Arteta reveals three-month plan for Odegaard

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta admits he has been paying special attention to Martin Odegaard in training.

The Norway midfielder is a key figure within the Gunners setup, often playing as the no.10 or a wider midfielder.

While Odegaard has put in a great shift for the team this season, Arteta believes he can offer even more.

Speaking to Norwegian outlet TV2, he said about the creative talent: "What we are working on now, you will see in three months or six months.

"What Martin is doing now, you do not see on the field now. We see it in three months, six months or a year.

"Right now you may see the results of some of what he has been working on for the last six months.

"People said that he was unstable, that he could not do this and that, but then he filled out the form to be ready now."
