Enola Holmes 2 Photos Unveil First Look at Netflix Sequel

The first official photos from Enola Holmes 2, Netflix’s forthcoming mystery adventure sequel, have finally been revealed through EW and People. They tease the return of the titular teen detective. The film is currently scheduled to make its debut on November 4.

The photos, which you can check out below, provide us with the first look at the main cast’s new looks for the second installment, including Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill, Helena Bonham Carter, and Louis Partridge.

The Enola Holmes sequel is once again being directed by Emmy and BAFTA-winner Harry Bradbeer (Fleabag, Killing Eve, Ramy) from a screenplay written by returning scribe BAFTA and Tony Award winner Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Aeronauts). It is a co-production between Legendary and Netflix.

The sequel will feature the return of Millie Bobby Brown as the titular teen detective, Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes, Louis Partridge as Tewkesbury, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, and Susan Wokoma as Edith. Joining them are David Thewlis (Wonder Woman), Adeel Akhtar (Sweet Tooth), Sharon Duncan-Brewster (Dune), Abbie Hern (The Twilight Zone), Hannah Dodd (Fighting with My Family), Gabriel Tierney (Endeavour), and Serrana Su-Ling Bliss.

It is produced by Brown, and Paige Brown through their PCMA Productions banner, along with Legendary’s Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, and Ali Mendes. Executive producers are Bradbeer, Thorne, Michael Dreyer, and Legendary’s Joshua Grode.

Based on Nancy Springer’s Edgar Award-nominated book series The Enola Holmes Mysteries, the 2020 film was a major success for Netflix, with the streamer revealing that it had been watched by 76 million households during its first 28 days.
