The film, titled Sam and Victor’s Day Off, will follow the valets who go for a joyride in Cameron Frye’s father’s Ferrari. There’s no word on who will be playing Sam and Victor, who were originally portrayed by Richard Edson and Larry “Flash” Jenkins in the film.

The spin-off comes from Cobra Kai creators Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald. It will be written by Bill Posley, who also wrote multiple episodes of the Karate Kid sequel series

Paul Young is producing through Make Good Content, while company executive Devon Young oversees the film. The Cobra Kai creators, Hurwitz, Schlossberg, and Heald, are also producing through Counterbalance Entertainment. Dina Hillier, their head of development, is an executive producer.
