Lisandro Martinez reveals Man Utd's response to nightmare start to season
Lisandro Martinez has discussed Manchester United's catastrophic start to the season and how they have turned things around since.
Life under Erik ten Hag couldn't have gotten off to a worse start with Man Utd losing the first two matches of the season - 2-1 to Brighton and 4-0 against Brentford.
After the second of those two games, many stated it was the lowest point yet for the club and expected another poor season, but things have turned around since.
Martinez and Co have recorded four straight wins against Liverpool, Southampton, Leicester and Arsenal, and sit fifth in the table, ahead of Liverpool and Chelsea.
They've looked a completely different side to the one that started the season, and Martinez says mentality has had a lot to do with the improved fortunes.
"In the beginning it was no good, it was not what we wanted," he told club media.
