The Witcher Season 3 Poster Teases Upcoming Announcement

Netflix has taken to Twitter to release an official The Witcher Season 3 poster while teasing that an announcement involving the series will be coming tomorrow.

The poster shows Henry Cavill‘s Geralt of Rivia, Anya Chalotra’s Yennefer of Vengerberg, and Freya Allan’s Ciri all embracing with intense expressions. The poster tweet features a caption, which states, “Hold tight. ‘Til tomorrow.”

The upcoming third season of The Witcher will be Henry Cavill’s last, as the actor is set to move on from the series, with Liam Hemsworth replacing him in the role of Geralt of Rivia. That being said, Cavill will apparently be receiving a “heroic send-off” in the third season.

Based on the stories and novels by Andrzej Sapkowski, The Witcher is created and executive produced by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, who also serves as the showrunner. Sean Daniel and Jason Brown of Sean Daniel Company are executive producing, along with Tomek Baginski and Jarek Sawko of Platige Image.
