Mission: Impossible Dead Reckoning Box Office Projection Predict Series Best

The new action spy movie Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is tracking for the best opening weekend at the box office in the whole series.

Tom Cruise stars as Ethan Hunt in the seventh movie in the franchise. “Ethan Hunt and the IMF team must track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity if it falls into the wrong hands,” reads the official synopsis. “With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than the mission — not even the lives of those he cares about most.”

The new movie is projected to earn $90 million at the domestic box office in its five-day opening weekend, with a three-day opening of $65 million. The current box office record holder for the series is Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018), which earned $61.2 million in its three-day opening weekend. This would put the seventh installment as the best box office opening in franchise history.

When is the Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One release date?

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One will be released on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, by Paramount Pictures.
