Elite Renewed For Season 8 At Netflix, With New And Returning Cast Members

The teen drama Elite has been renewed for Season 8, with new and returning actors joining Netflix‘s longest-running Spanish series. According to Variety, production on the eighth installment will begin in the summer. Episodes of Elite Season 8 will be directed by Daniel Barone, Ginesta Guindal, Jota Linares, and Elena Trapé.

New additions to the cast include Ane Rot and Nuno Gallego. Mina el Hammani will also return to the series to reprise her role of Nadia, who was a character in the show’s first three seasons.

What To Know About Elite

The official synopsis reads: “When three working-class teens enroll in an exclusive private school in Spain, the clash between them and the wealthy students leads to murder.”

Cast members for Elite have included Ander Puig, Carmen Arrufat, Álvaro de Juana, Ana Bokesa, Álex Pastrana, André Lamoglia, Valentina Zenere, Carla Díaz, Martina Cariddi, Adam Nourou, and Manu Ríos.

The series is created by Carlos Montero and Jaime Vaca. Elite Season 7 premieres Friday, October 20 on Netflix.
