Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey 2 First Images Emerge of Killer Pooh

The bear is back and mad as ever. The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively revealed the first Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey 2 images.

The original movie has been a big success story considering its sub-$100,000 budget and eye-catching concept saw it rake in $5,2 million at the box office. Now its sequel is armed with a bigger budget and fresh talent to make the residents of 100 Acre Wood look more grisly than ever.

First Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey Images

The images give us a first look at Owl, as well as a younger Pooh.

The sequel features a new cast, including esteemed British actor Simon Callow. He will be joined on the bear hunt by Tallulah Evans, Scott Chambers, Ryan Olivia, and Peter DeSouza-Feighoney (The Pope’s Exorcist).

Producer Scott Jeffrey is enthusiastic about what the sequel can achieve, with a higher body count among the gory promises made.

“Our sequel we have a substantially higher budget so Rhys is really able to create a shocking, explosive and gore-filled movie. I truly think people will really dig what we are creating”.

There’s currently no set release date for Winnie the Pooh Blood & Honey 2.
