Netflix has confirmed that production on Heartstopper Season 3 has officially begun in the UK. Further details about the next chapter are still being kept under wraps, but the first episode was confirmed to be titled as “Love.”
Despite the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike, the cast of the hit coming-of-age dramedy are allowed to continue filming since all of the main cast, including lead stars Kit Connor and Joe Locke, are part of the Actors’ Equity. The production start also comes after two months since the second installment made its debut on Netflix.

Heartstopper is led by Kit Connor as Nick, Joe Locke as Charlie, Yasmin Finney as Elle Argent, Corinna Brown as Tara Jones, William Gao as Tao Xu, Kizzy Edgell as Darcy Olsson, and Tobie Donovan as Isaac Henderson, and Olivia Colman as Nick’s mother. Based on Alice Oseman’s graphic novel series of the same name, Heartstopper is written and created by Oseman, with Euros Lyn serving as director. It is produced by See-Saw Films.
