The police then comes there and arrests Payal for treachery and attempt to murder on a pregnant woman Roshni. Payal claims she is innocent and accused Siddharth and Neil. She asks Ria who she had breaks all ties with to tell the truth. Ria says she is guilty and tells the inspector to take her.

Siddharth tells Payal that she did a mistake and felt them weak because of her over confidence. He says it is bad to think him weak and to enjoy her time in jail. Payal vows not to let Siddharth and Roshni live happily once she get out of jail as they snatched everything from her and that Siddharth will be her target. The inspector takes her. Payal looks at her while going.

Siddharth thanks Ria and says he know this was painful for her. He says truth is the God’s way, and he is with her, like her family. They will all be with her as her family. He adds that Payal is her sister and revenge motive have ruined her. He is proud of her as she have chosen happiness and Neil over revenge. Payal is taken by the Police, she thinks she will make Siddharth life hell and will punish even his children.

After 6 months



Next morning, everyone calls Roshni. The cook comes and says she made bhajiya for Roshni. Siddharth asks her to make her eat fruits as she is getting fat. Simran takes the plate and asks them to continue fighting. Siddharth thinks all ladies are one team and he is alone. He tells Gangu Tai that he has taken care of Roshni for 2 months, and then she is taking care of her since 6 months. Gangu Tai says she will also take care of his son. Raj and Simran are going out. Raj asks him to call them if needed.

Siddharth thanks Gangu Tai for taking care of Roshni and says he can’t repay her doings. She is taking care of her when her son is so small. Gangu Tai says her husband left her and she came here. Siddharth says that man will repent. Gangu Tai asks Siddharth to take care of Roshni. Siddharth prays to God to take care of his son, as this is Roshni’s eight month of pregnancy. Just then, Roshni shouts Siddharth's name. Siddharth runs to his room and says oh God, he have to take her to the hospital.

At the the hospital, the doctor tells Siddharth that 8th month delivery is complicated, but they are still trying. Meanwhile, the lady constable allows Payal to meet someone. Siddharth comes to the temple and asks God to save his wife and son, and can take his life. Payal thinks she will ruin and kill them and that Siddharth Khurana is responsible for this. A man (Gaffur) comes to meet her in the hospital and smirks. Krishna is shown and bhajan plays in the background. Siddharth’s son is born.

Siddharth takes aarti and leaves. Gaffur says he have old enmity with Siddharth Khurana and Durgardevi Patel. He says Siddharth made Shabnam go far from him, and that Durgardevi had ruined his business and kept him in jail. He will have fun to ruin Siddharth Khurana. The nurse comes out and informs Siddharth that his son is born. Siddharth gets emotional seeing his baby and he is excited to hold his new born child.

Siddharth is excited to hold his son in his hand while the Ishwar Allah song plays in the background. Siddharth begins crying tears of joy seeing his newborn son and thinks he looks like Roshni. He laughs and says he is his son. He vows that he would give him all the happiness in this world till his last breath. Meanwhile, Payal meets Gaffur and asks him to harm Siddharth and his family and asks if he has any plans. Gaffur assures her that he would take care of Siddharth and he is their common enemy and also tell her to let him do what he want to do, and she know what she have to do. He need money and to meet him after coming out from jail.

Simran and Raj come to the hospital. Siddharth says he have become a dad. Gangu Tai asks if she can meet Roshni. Simran asks if Roshni and the baby are fine. Siddharth says yes. Raj says today is the lucky day as God Krishna was also born on the same day. They go to the hospital temple and pray. Siddharth holds his son and gives him to his mother's Simran. Bunty captures the moment in video cam. Simran prays for their happiness and safety. Raj also prays to God to shower blessings on them. Neil and Ria come there.

Ria says she brought cup cakes for Roshni. Siddharth says she has become fat. Siddharth asks Neil not to laugh and think about his baby name being his brother. Neil selects Karan name. Siddharth says Karanveer. Raj and Simran like the name. Siddharth announces that his son is Karanveer. He asks how did he know about this good news as he brought sweets. Neil tells him that they have good news for them and says they are also expecting their child. Siddharth congratulates them. He asks Ria, why she is looking worried. Ria tells him that she is missing Payal and she tried to meet her in jail, but she refused to meet her and that Payal can come out of jail soon. Siddharth says they should talk good things, and they would eat these cup cakes as doctor will not allow Roshni to eat it.

Payal comes out of jail. The lawyer informs her that he has managed to get the money and will transfer it on Gaffur’s name. Payal smiles. Later Siddharth meets Roshni and thanks her for the wonderful gift. He asks if she like his name Karanveer. Siddharth takes the baby in his name and says his baby is Karanveer. Roshni smiles looking at the baby. Siddharth says he won’t let anything happen to him, even if he have to die. He is his son Karanveer and cuddles him. Meanwhile, Payal determines to ruin Siddharth and get that house again. She says Siddharth enemy is back. Roshni gets discharged from the hospital. Ria tells Siddharth and Roshni that Neil couldn’t come for her ultrasound. Roshni says Neil is handling Mauve all alone, as she took leave. Ria misses Payal and says she couldn’t know how she is? She didn’t contact her even after coming from jail, and even though she has done wrong. Siddharth and Roshni along with Gangu Tai brings Ria to the hospital for her scanning.

They see Payal coming there to sell her kidney and requesting the doctor to take her kidney and give her money. The doctor says they don’t buy kidneys here. Payal argues with him. Siddharth, Roshni and Ria are shocked. Payal who returns from jail after paying for her deeds, pretends to be a changed person and acts to be helpless but in reality, she wants to seek revenge on Siddharth and Roshni. Ria stops her and asks if she will not talk to her being angry. Payal says she is repenting and feeling ashamed of her doings. She apologizes to Ria and says she have to go. Ria stops her. Payal says she will handle her penance. Ria keeps her hand on her stomach and asks her to stay for her baby. Payal acts, cries and hugs her. Ria thinks she is changed and hugs her happily. Payal says she can’t stop, she don’t want her reflection to fall on this baby. Siddharth says there is no change greater than penance and she have already bear the punishment. He adds that she is now their family.

Neil comes there with Naina and says he is with Ria and don’t need Payal. Siddharth asks Neil to give Payal a chance when she is doing penance. Neil tells Siddharth that his heart is very big. Ria holds Neil’s hand and asks him to forgive Payal. Siddharth looks at Payal.

Payal organize party for Ria. Ria thanks her and cuts the cake. Gangu Tai tells Siddharth to take care of karanveer and tells that she is also taking Satya. Payal gets a call from Gaffur. He says she have planned with him to give him money to kill them. Payal gets tensed and says he will not harm anyone. Gaffur says he will do what she said earlier. Payal thinks he can’t do anything wrong. Ria asks Payal to come. Siddharth asks Ria to give birth to a baby girl so that his son Karanveer can woo her. Ria laughs and asks how do he know that this will be a baby girl.

Roshni says her husband is antar yami and knows all. Siddharth says when he saw Roshni for the first time, he thought he will marry her and that he will live and die with Roshni. He tells Karan veer will be very stylish and Mahi will be bowled over by his looks. Ria asks who is Mahi? Siddharth says her daughter. Neil says he gave name and gender to their baby without been born. Siddharth says he want to give his lucky locket which Roshni gave him to Mahi and that this locket have protected him from even death. He gives his locket to Ria for Mahi with a letter, and says he wanted to give this to Mahi when he can’t as they are going.

Ria asks where are both of them going? Roshni says London, as Raj and Simran are there and they are shifting there. Payal thinks it is good that they are going and will be safe from Gaffur. Mithul suggests that they should dance in the party. On this happy occasion, Siddharth and Roshni dance in the party on the song Kabhi Na Kehna Alvida. Payal looks at them. Naina smiles looking at them. Ria and Neil also dance in the party.

Roshni thanks Siddharth for coming in her life and completing her that she will fight with death also for him and, says "I Love You". Siddharth says "I Love You Too". Everyone claps for them. Siddharth says it is time to say bye. Neil thanks Siddharth and Roshni for coming in their life and asks them to return soon. Siddharth says where they will go, live here and die here….says hum hai rahi pyaar ke, phir milenge chalte chalte. Roshni says bye. The adorable couple then says an emotional farewell to everyone and everyone signal bye to them. Payal seems to be changed person and worries but it's too late to rectified it as the couple will fall into Payal's trap.

Siddharth, Roshni, Gangu Tai along with Karanveer and Satya are in the car. Siddharth says this street seems to be meeting with sky. Roshni says their baby have understood what he said. Siddharth looks at her. Roshni asks what happened? Siddharth says everything is moving in front of his eyes not knowing that they will meet with a serious road accident. Siddharth holds Roshni's hand. A speedy truck crashes Siddharth's car and the person who hit them is none other than Gaffur and laughs. Siddharth and Roshni gets severely injured. Siddharth is seen holding the baby tight to his chest and unconscious.

Siddharth comes back to his senses after hearing his son crying. He gets up with immense pain and sees Karanveer crying. Gangu Tai tries to make Satya open his eyes. Siddharth try to wake Roshni up asking her to open her eyes. Roshni opens her eyes and asks about Karan. Siddharth says he is fine. Roshni kisses him. Gangu goes to Siddharth and Roshni and tells them that Satya is no more. Siddharth and Roshni are shocked.

Siddharth cries. Roshni hand over the responsibility of her son to Gangu Tai, whose son had died in the same accident and asks Gangu Tai to handover Karanveer to his grand parents Raj and Simran. Roshni tells Siddharth that her mum is calling her, and asks if he will come with her. She can’t live without him. Siddharth says he can see them clearly in other world together, far away from all relations, only her and him forever.

Roshni and Siddharth expresses their love for each other, Roshni breathe her last in his arms and then die after in each other embrace. Gangu Tai sees them dead and cries. She looks at Karanveer and says he is her Satya now. She will not give him to anyone, he is her Satya from today and cries.
