Bloody Disgusting announced the news that the follow-up to the 2022 gory horror hit Terrifier 2 had finished an important step in its journey to the big screen, just days after it was announced who will play Santa Claus in the movie.

Terrifier 3 filming has seen Terrifier 2 stars Lauren LaVera, David Howard Thornton, Samantha Scaffidi, Elliot Fullam, and Chris Jericho all returning to the fictional town of Miles County, where this time, the sadistic Art the Clown will unleash merry hell on residents at Christmas.

The opening of Terrifier 2 will pick up from the events at the end of Terrifier 2, which likely means it’ll kick off with the first of several bloodbaths.

Cineverse and Bloody Disgusting are once more teaming up with Iconic Events Releasing to deliver Art the Clown into theaters across the US on October 25, 2024. Just in time for Christmas at Halloween.

Director Damien Leone has promised it will feature one of the ”Most insanely horrific scenes” of the entire franchise.
