Captain America: Brave New World Image Shows off Anthony Mackie’s New Suit

Anthony Mackie has given fans a detailed look at the new Captain America suit in the upcoming Captain America: Brave New World.

In a recent post on Instagram, Mackie shared the image, which sees him standing on set in the new suit while holding the iconic Captain America shield. In a brief caption, Mackie wished fans a happy 4th of July, and said he would see everyone soon.

Captain America: Brave New World is being directed by Julius Onah, who previously made 2015’s The Girl Is in Trouble, 2018’s The Cloverfield Paradox, and 2019’s Luce.

Along with Mackie and Ford, the Marvel Studios movie stars Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres/Falcon, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/Leader, Shira Haas as Ruth/Sabra, and Liv Tyler as Betty Ross.

Xosha Roquemore, Seth Rollins, and Rose Salazar are also playing undisclosed roles in Captain America: Brave New World.

Captain America: Brave New World releases in United States theaters on February 14, 2025.
