The Tuesday and Maxxxine Max release dates for the upcoming streaming debut of A24‘s latest acclaimed movies. Both films are currently Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, with the Julia Louis-Dreyfus-led drama receiving a Tomatometer rating of 76%, while the Mia Goth-led horror threequel has a 73% Tomatometer rating.

When is the Tuesday & Maxxxine Max release dates?

A24’s Tuesday will be available for streaming starting on Friday, October 11 on Max, followed by its linear debut on Saturday, October 12 on HBO. The film was written and directed by Daina O. Pusić in her feature directorial debut. Besides Louis-Dreyfus, the cast also included Lola Petticrew (Dating Amber), Arinzé Kene (EastEnders) as the voice of Death, Leah Harvey as Nurse Billie, Ellie James as Willow, Taru Devani as Ira, David Sibley as Robert, Justin Edwards as Jack, Jay Simpson as Spike, and more.

“The film tells the story of a mother and her teenage daughter who must confront Death when it arrives in the form of an astonishing talking bird,” reads the synopsis. “Tuesday is a heart-rending fairy tale about the echoes of loss and finding resilience in the unexpected.”

As for Maxxxine, the third installment and final installment to the hit X horror trilogy will start streaming on Friday, October 18, followed by its linear debut on October 19 on HBO. The film was once again written and directed by Ti West. It also starred Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon.

“The film takes place in 1980s Hollywood as adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx finally gets her big break. But as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Hollywood, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past,” reads the synopsis.
