BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star Unveils New Teaser Trailer

Disney+ has dropped a new teaser trailer for BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star. The upcoming eight-part documentary series, scheduled to arrive on December 20, will feature never-before-seen clips and interviews with the seven members of the South Korean boy band BTS.

BTS’ “10-year journey and beyond”

The docuseries will delve into the group’s 10-year journey, from their debut and sold-out concerts to winning a plethora of awards and their venture into international markets.

BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star will also feature members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook as they discuss how the group was formed, their first concert, their historic debut at some major American awards shows, and their performances at London’s Wembley Stadium, Rose Bowl Stadium, and more.

The upcoming docuseries’ brief synopsis reads as follows: “BTS marks its 10th anniversary as a 21st-century pop icon. Join their journey to the top and beyond.”

Considered one of the most successful South Korean acts, the forthcoming docuseries will highlight the group’s highs and lows, especially the struggles during the group’s early days. Of course, apart from BTS, the docuseries will also feature appearances from Bang Si-Hyuk — the chairman of the band’s label — and Beyond The Story: 10-Year Record Of BTS author Kang Myeongseok.

Beyond the Scene, simply referred to as BTS, debuted in 2013 with the album “2 Cool 4 Skool,” featuring their first-ever single “No More Dream.” Having won Best New Artist at South Korea’s Melon Music Awards in 2013, the group went on to win various significant accolades throughout their decade-long career.

Some of their hit songs include “Boy With Luv,” “My Universe,” “Butter,” “Dynamite,” “Permission To Dance,” and “Life Goes On,” among many others. All seven members have also pursued solo careers.

BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star’s first two episodes, titled “The Beginning and Adolescence,” will arrive on December 20, releasing two new episodes Wednesdays on Disney+.
